مصر الرقمية

مصر الرقمية is an app designed to simplify access to a wide array of Egyptian government services. It allows citizens to request various services from over nine cooperating ministries and government agencies directly through their mobile device. Users can register using their Egyptian national number and a registered phone number, then proceed to fill out required fields, book appointments, or arrange for official documents to be delivered to their address, eliminating the need for in-person visits.

Account Creation and Seamless Access

To use the services offered by مصر الرقمية, users must first register an account. This process requires an Egyptian national number and an Egyptian phone number that is already registered with that national number. Once an account is established, it can be used interchangeably across both the mobile application and the associated platform’s website, ensuring a consistent user experience regardless of the access point.

Accessing a Broad Range of Government Services

The app acts as a central hub for numerous government services, partnering with more than nine ministries and agencies. Citizens can access services related to traffic, catering, documentation, real estate, courts, commercial registry, real estate tax, social housing, civil status, and licensing. The workflow typically involves selecting a service, completing the necessary fields, and, if required, booking an appointment. For many services, users also have the option to have their official government papers delivered directly to their address, removing the need for physical attendance at government offices.

Monitoring Personal and Family Data

A key capability of مصر الرقمية is the ability for users to find, monitor, and track various personal and family-related data. This includes detailed information about their family, property, vehicles, licenses, ration card, and all previous orders made through the platform. This feature provides a centralized overview of important governmental interactions and personal records.

Integrated Payment Methods

To facilitate service completion, the app supports various payment methods. These include payments made via bank cards, through electronic payment companies, and using mobile phone wallets, offering users multiple convenient options to settle any required fees.
